ADF Diving Instructor

Level 2 & Level 3

12 month contract

The primary focus of this task is to develop training packages that are tailored to be specific, effective, and efficient at producing high quality clearance divers at different stages of their career. The risk of not achieving this is a depleted workforce, increased risk to safety under training, and for the MCD capability not to be able to achieve required tasks into the future.

The secondary focus is to identify and develop links with the wider support system through MCDSPO (equipment, logistics, tools and training aids) to meet the Force Element(s) Operating and Support Intent (OSI).
