JCT Governance Officer
Level 2 - Practitioner
12 month contract
The Joint Operations Command are looking for a JCT Governance Officer to support J7 engagement activities with internal stakeholders in relation to the JCT interoperability requirements for Defence Integrated Investment Program (IIP) projects.
This role is also required to participate in engagement activities with international stakeholders, and to provide assistance to the Joint Collective Training Branch (JCTB) Governance Program.
Salary/Rate
Daily rate negotiable
Contract Extensions
2 x 12 month extension options
Security Requirements
Minimum Negative Vetting – Level 1 security clearance at the commencement of the contract

The Role
The role’s responsibilities will include:
Managing engagement activities with internal stakeholders in relation to JCT requirements for Defence Integrated Investment Program (IIP) Forward Work Program through the One Defence Capability System phases
Supporting the management program this includes; Defence capability and benefits for Joint collective training branch, Stakeholder management, Risk Management, JCTB Governance program
Participating in engagement activities with international stakeholders
Assisting the J78 team to provide Joint Collective Training advice and support to the Defence wide simulation community
Your Background & Experience
The ideal contractor will have demonstrated experience in:
Understanding of the IIP and the One Defence Capability Lifecycle
An understanding of Live, Virtual and Constructive training
Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Experience
Qualifications in Introduction to Foreign Military Sales (FMS) (ID-00010171)
Qualifications in Navigating US Export Controls (ID-00013492)
