The Commonwealth seeks to engage an Office Support Coordinator to assist with support services such as scheduling meetings and monitoring mailboxes.
The Support Office Coordinator will be required to have great written skills and have previous experience with the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for this role.

The Role
The role’s responsibilities will include:
Providing secretariat and support services to Meeting coordinators including scheduling meetings
Monitoring group mailboxes, inboxes, file and direct mail communications
Recording and presentation of minutes
Drafting, reviewing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Providing a general Communications function including coordinating content for the D-ICT Intranet, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools used by the Directorate
Arranging physical access and process access forms, account requests, and coordinate security account applications
Your Background & Experience
The ideal contractor will have demonstrated experience in:
Proven ability to provide authoring and writing services
Use of Microsoft Office products particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Content creation for newsletters, intranet sites, or similar communications functions
Coordinating activities related to Organisational Change Management
Organising and managing meetings and related documentation
Advanced tools such as MS Project, Visio, Sharepoint, and any other visualisation or modelling tools an advantage
