2022 has kick-started with a flurry of recruitment activity right across the Federal Government.

There is a key focus on creating operational efficiencies through process improvement which has seen an increase in hiring across service delivery agencies and within central agency technology hubs.

The pending election has also pushed policy areas to hire to deliver key initiatives before we go into caretaker mode. With WFH and other external factors attributing to delivery, 2022 looks to be a challenging but hopefully rewarding year for everyone.
